At Keki – The Cake Shop, every product is freshly prepared with care and customized especially for you. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair refund and returns policy.
1. No Returns on Perishable Goods
Cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked items are perishable and made-to-order, therefore:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered or picked up.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery/pickup are not eligible for a refund, as preparation would have already begun.

For customized, designer, or special-occasion cakes, cancellation may not be allowed once the order is confirmed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Incorrect product delivered

Major damage during delivery

Quality issues reported immediately upon receipt
Important:

Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery or pickup, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Complaints raised after consumption or beyond the stated time frame will not be entertained.
4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

For cash payments, refunds may be provided as store credit or replacement, at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Minor design variations (as cakes are handmade)

Slight color or decoration differences

Delay caused due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient

Damage after delivery or mishandling by the customer
